Here at Elevated Boutique we strive for the absolute best possible shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please read the below return policy. REFUNDS

Refunds will ONLY be given if a product is damaged. We will look over every item before shipping out to try to avoid this issue.

If there is an issue with your item, we will email you directly. IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED PLEASE email elevatedboutiqueco@gmail.com REFUNDS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. Refunds WILL NOT be given after the 3 days. NO EXCEPTIONS!


There will be no refunds on any items that may be a slightly different color than what was pictured. Please understand that colors vary screen to screen.


No refunds or exchanges on clothes if you ordered the wrong size. Clothing items are typically true to size unless otherwise stated. Please utilize the size chart!

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or cash back. If you paid with a gift card and have to be refunded, you will receive another gift card.

    Order Cancellations or Change

    • Orders can be cancelled within 1 business day, unless the items have already shipped
    • If you placed an order and need to change anything, please immediately contact us via email to process
      • You must reference your order number in email to request a change
      • After 1 business day or the item(s) have been shipped, changes will not be accepted
