Shipping Policies

All items Ready to Ship/ In Stock will ship within 3-5 business days. *Some in stock items may ship directly to you from various companies.

Pre-Sales will ship within 3 business days of receipt. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number, once your item has shipped. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours before updating. 

Elevated Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been shipped. 

If you are having trouble locating your package after it was delivered, check with neighbors first, then check with your local post office. They should be able to give your coordinates of where the package was delivered. Each package will be insured. 

Once a package is delivered to the post office for shipping, it is no longer in our control on when the package arrives. If you have questions about shipments once you receive a tracking number, you will need to reach out to your local post office. 

Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you provide the wrong address or a package is returned due to mistake on customer part, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend.
